I’m Ronit Doran, the founder of The B2B Sales Master.
My journey began in IT solution sales following an interest in computer programming, a field I quickly realized wasn’t my true passion. I was curious about technology and business but couldn’t call out my dream job.
Thankfully, a wise sales manager saw something in me I hadn’t realized yet: a natural intuition, strong people skills, and the ability to bridge complex tech with business needs.
I wasn’t the typical “born salesperson“: I was shy, more of a listener than a talker, but this became my greatest advantage. Throughout my 30-year career, I learned that the right methods make all the difference.
After attending a sales training program that taught me which questions I should ask my customers, my results increased rapidly. From barely meeting targets to consistently exceeding them!
Asking the right questions instead of pitching harder became my secret weapon, and following this program, I closed my breakthrough $1M deal with a customer whom everyone else in my company had failed to win.
As I continued to grow through advanced programs like The Art of Negotiation, Beating the Competition, and Strategic Account Management, I continued to close major deals with growing volumes. Later, I led and coached other salespeople to close large projects – from a $25M new customer win at Samsung, Korea, a $30M telecom project in Botswana, Africa to a $200M CRM transformation in Southeast Asia.
My strategies helped my team penetrate new strategic accounts like Telecom Italia, introduce new products, and lead the charge into Cloud technologies at Telefonica.
Learning changed my career, and teaching others became my passion.
Helping others evolve into confident, strategic sales leaders brings me the same joy as closing deals.
Today, The B2B Sales Master is my way of sharing everything I’ve learned: practical, proven, and tailored to real-world opportunities.
On a personal note, I’m a proud mother of two. My son and daughter have built their own independent lives, but they still call me for advice and often tell me I am their best teacher.
I live in the center of Israel, in a house with a small garden and my beloved dog. We both love to travel and explore new places.
