Hi, nice to meet you. I'm Ronit Doran.
I’m the founder of The B2B Sales Master, and I help executives win larger deals faster. My Emological method is a combination of Emotional Intelligence and Strategy.
I want to share something: I was not born a salesperson, as most people perceive. I started my tech career in computer programming, only to learn that it wasn’t exciting enough for me, and I thrived on human interaction. I was quite a shy person, more of a listener than a talker. A software company manager thought I’d be good as a salesperson, and I decided to try it on. But I struggled to meet targets and kept questioning if I was in the right field.

The Turning Point
Everything changed when a sales training program taught me to stop pitching and start listening. I learned that asking the right questions was a superpower, allowing me to truly “read” people and understand their motivations.
This shift became my secret weapon, leading to my first $1M breakthrough deal with a customer everyone else had given up on. This is where I truly honed my core expertise:
- Using emotional intelligence to understand the room and know how to best approach people.
- Finding the right strategy to penetrate new, complex accounts.
- Resolving complicated situations and navigating internal politics.

From $1M to My True Passion
That first $1M deal was the start. Over the next 30 years I led sales teams, and applied this relationship-first, strategy-driven approach to close over half a billion dollars in revenue across 50+ countries.
Throughout the years, many people told me that I’m a great teacher and mentor, and this drove me to my next mission: to spread this amazing method to more people around the world, for the better good of all, and enjoy their success.
The Emological Method™ was developed by psychologists, based on neuroscience and human behavior research, watching the common behaviors and strategies among successful sales people.
In essence it is about combining the emotional intelligence to understand people, their motivations and create trust-based relationships, with the strategic logic to win deals.
Today, that’s my mission: sharing 30 years of practical experience, coupled with scientific methods, leading to field-tested knowledge.
On a Personal Note…
When I’m not outside meeting people, you’ll find me at home in the center of Israel, caring for plants in my garden, or wandering about with my dog. I’m a proud mom to two amazing young adults who still call me their “best teacher”.
To recharge, I love expanding my horizons: I’m passionate about music, dancing, yoga, fine food, all forms of art, and traveling to explore new places and ideas. I bring a creative approach to everything I do, from sales negotiations to everyday life.
